| If one of our properties is listed as Active in MLS, but you do not see it on dfwofferupdate.com, then it shouldbe available. We welcome your offers! Please submit your offer to the contact listed in private remarks of the MLS detail sheet. |

| To quickly locate a property, hold down your CRTL key, and F. Then enter street address, then click enter/next. It will locate and highlight the address. |

| Status Definitions- |
| Negotiating: We only have one active offer working and property is still available - please present offer. |
|
| Multiple Offers: We have received more than one offer and all interested parties are in a Multiple Offer Procedure; this is often called ‘MOP’. Seller generally requests the buyers’ Highest and Best offer as soon as possible. |

| Verbally Accepted: The seller and buyer have come to an agreement, however the executed contract is not yet available. The seller does not respond to additional offers if/when verbal acceptance has occurred with another buyer. However, due to MLS rules we must leave the MLS status as Active until we receive the fully executed contract. |

| Under Contract: The contract has been executed and property is not available unless the current offer terminates. If you or your clients are still interested in the property, then please register as a showing agent in CSS because if current buyer terminates then we notify all past showing agents of availability through the CSS email system. |
|
| Terminated: The buyer terminated after verbal acceptance or after executed contract. IF the address does not appear in any other areas then the property is available - please present offer. Terminations are deleted from the site monthly, so there is a chance that after the first buyer terminated the property went back into negotiations, multiple offers, verbal acceptance, etc. Check the ‘date of last activity’ to see which info is more current. |

| Rejected: Seller or Buyer rejected offer - please present offer. |
